Odisha beat Kerala Senior Women T20 match

Odisha beat Kerala by 29 runs in their opening Elite Group-A league match of the Senior Women T20 Tournament at JKC Gollege Gground in Guntur today. Electing to bat first, Odisha posted modest total of 110 for seven and then restricted Kerala to 81 for nine.

Opening batsman Madhuri Meheta was the top scorer for Odisha with 30 runs. Among Odisha bowlers, Ritu Singh, Sushree Dibyadarshini Pradhan and Swagatika Rath picked up two wickets apiece. The win fetched four points for Odisha, who will next meet Madhya Pradesh tomorrow.
